I visited this community because I like the designs and work of GL Homes. On that measure, this builder is top notch. Unfortunately, greed is off the hook with many new home builders in Florida. This results in lots smaller than my first starter home long ago, and upcharges for finish work that can easily double the stated list price. When all is said and done, the interior is beautiful, but you are mere feet away from residents on either side. So, you are essentially buying a luxury condo.... for well over a million bucks.
Many of the new construction communities sacrifice on lot size. I will give you that. There are many other options with bigger lots if you’re interested in that.

These are recorded first thing in the morning bc people generally don’t love being recorded in swimsuits. Lots of action during the day.
