Have you had conversations with route setters about the physical challenges of route setting? Is there risk of long term injuries or over-use injuries? It would be interesting to have an insight
Great to see the legend in action! Question(s) to Niki: how are the holds/volumes chosen for each competition? does IFSC have a bunch of them and travel the whole set for each competition, or they are sourced locally? or the sponsors who also make holds provide them for the different competitions?
Question for the IFSC President. Are we going to see Climbing in the Olympic games after 2020 again? Any thoughts about separating the three disciplines (Speed/Boulder/Lead) in future Olympic games?
Yes, it was announced a couple months ago www.climbing.com/competition/olympic-committee-unanimously-votes-to-include-sport-climbing-in-paris-2024-games/
Personally, I consider climbing to be a cool weather sport. Most technical climbers target conditions from late fall to early spring. Why is climbing a summer sport in the IFSC, and therefore in the Olympics? Thanks!

Who is forming the committee that will choose one athlete per gender to go the olympics? and what are their criteria for their choosing? :)
I'd like to know why they dont AC the venues to counter the horrific hot and humid conditions...
Question to IFSC president,
Are there any future plans to prevent athletes from stepping on bolts?
...or advertising signs!?
Please make Q&A video.
Let me know some questions 😉
