Agreed. Eugene Wright is an under appreciated jazz legend who gave us some truly incredible grooves. I think my favorite performance by him is a live album by the Brubeck Quartet that just takes a lot of the classic repertoire to a whole other level. Such an amazing musician. I'm going to have to dig up more of his lines - what's your favorite?
it sucks to high heaven when there's no count in and especially this one line at a time B.S. why even bother but it's a great lesson why not put the whole score visible?????
