very similar, just different in a few ways. the zalgo bones are much smaller, as well as aimable, which is aimed with your cursor and clicking. zalgo bones are also stronger, dealing 25 normally and with a critical hit dealing 50.
The game hates me and doesn't want to give me true insanity I've been grinding 15 hours one day to get it and my rng is so terrible ik it is sans rng it is just my true insanity luck sucks and plus there isn't a skill issue about luck

Bones of madness are WAY better than axe slash in certain fields and vice versa, but if you were to put axe slash and bones of madness against someone like pesti dust, bones of madness would do it way better and faster. It's easier to aim with bone madness because it actually locks onto the nearest enemy, like I said before. You have your own opinions which I totally agree on, but I personally choose bones of madness.

wsp, it drops for everyone. the drops have requirements, (you still get it once you reach the requirements if you beat true insanity) idk the requirements for the goku hair but im pretty sure the little true insanity requirements is 35k sans kills, 2k shiny sans kills, and around 10-30 million sans points (correct me if im wrong)
The rewards from true insanity have requirements. I'm not sure the exact requirements for the Goku hair but I'm pretty sure the little ti requires 35k sans kills, 2k shiny sans kills, and around 20-40 million sans points. Hope this helps

im pretty sure that they buffed lil ti, he makes our max hp 1k now, as well as our walkspeed to 112. ive also had occasions where i witnessed lil ti healing me around 60-100 hp.
