This is probably the most detailed tutorial out there. Thanks for this. I need your advice though, I'm running ABO - 1 adset, 2 ads. Meta is spending less on Ad#2 but Ad#1 & Ad#2 got 2 leads each. Which one should I kill?
Neither - Keep 'em both running. You don't really have a winner yet, and both are getting you results, so leave 'em on for a bit longer! And thanks for watching man!
I personally prefer Instant Forms, but either or doesn't matter. You'll get cheaper CPLs on IF, and easier tracking, just more qualification needed to be done on the backend. You'll get higher CPL on a website, but more front-end qualified leads.
Really good video mate , I love the research spreadsheet! Is there a way to a copy of the template of the spreadsheet? , if there is that would be amazing 🙌🏻!
As mentioned in the video, YES I use the 3:2:2 method, only if I'm not using Instant Forms, since you can't pull out post IDs with Instant Forms, so no point in using the 3:2:2 method. If I'm using IF, I'll do as shown in this video, 1 ad set, broad targeting, and add all ads I'd make in the same ad set (Starting with 3).
@@JustinLalonde so you make 1 ad set - 1 ad with 2 copy / 2 headline. And then do you also use a main adset or u just leave the adset that is doing good running and start a new test with another adset. Btw iam sorry but i just feel stressed if i dont have a clear version of what u did... xd
Hi, I would like to know which buget are you using to test each adset, with 3 creatives. Scenairo 1, 1 adset, 3 ads, ¿daily budget? Scenario 2, 5 adsets, 3 ads ¿daily budget? both, mynimal and optimum buget Thanks in advance!
100% dependant on the client's target cost per lead. Usually, on the low end, $50 a day. And it's a CBO campaign, so not per ad set, but total campaign daily budget ^^
@@JustinLalonde Imagine 2 subcenarios CPA 50$ and CPA 500$ (not leads, but ecomm) If I have 3 adsets, which amount budget (per campain) should we spent at first?
I am doing lead gen for solar businesses in germany and sometimes the targeted audience is even in a 40 km radius just around 70 k audience size and it sometimes shows there probably won't be any leads. What size of audience should be the minimum? Because Germany is not in the slightest like New York 😂
70,000 is fine. There is no right or wrong answer. Just know this - The smaller your audience size, the more creative fatigue you'll face and the less scale you can achieve budget-wise. Also, Solar is harder to push for European countries that get a winter. Many more objections - And electricity price in EU isn't as crazy as in the US.
@@JustinLalonde Thanks for your answer, yes winter is a problem, I still have to figure sth out for that. But concerning electricity Germany is the one of the most expensive in the EU and I found this on Google: "Average price per kilowatt hour in the US is $0.12, whereas the price in Germany is upwards of $0.43 per kWh". What do you think?
Which audience setting? I did show my audience setup in the video. Demographics, location, that's it. Never, ever, use interests anymore. (Stopped 1.5 years ago)
@@JustinLalonde Thank you for answer Justin Is this works in any niche? What If I want to get leads for my smma company( web site developing) Adventage + is still good choice?
Saw you asked the same comment in another video, will reply to you here: There is no point in adding extra complexity. It's as simple as that. My view on advertising is simple: How can one achieve the BEST results with the SIMPLEST action steps? A+ audiences (aka audience suggestions) aren't offering an improvement in results, for every time I've tested them. So why bother adding them in the first place? I operate as lean as I can in my ad accounts.
he doesn't do that look at one of they other comments, he leaves what ad is getting the spend on and kills off the rest and keeps testing but if you use a landing page you can obviously use the 3:2:2

Hey, I wanted to know why you chose website but not instant form. Coz I heard you say instant form gives better results

hey is there any way we get the google sheet ?
We do share it to your students through AdEngine! (Link in bio)
So you dont use dynamic creative 3:2:2 ? Also are you putting different ads in that one ad set, or you do 1 dct per ad set

Adventage + is still good choice?
Why dont you use dynamic creative in this case?
It's not available anymore, they took it out of FB a few weeks back!
Would you recommend using a landing page than instant form?
Instant Form first, if quality of leads isn't good, go to landing page instead.
