I've been working on my self talk. In the past it was definitely hard to receive a compliment. So you are right in that we have to be our biggest cheerleader. Some of us, at times, have been our harshest critic. Or even worse, we've taken on the negative opinions that others have had about us and accepted them as who we are. That's sad but true. However that whole narrative can be changed if we put in the effort to do so. Btw, when I apply my perfume I put an unscented lotion like Eucerin in one hand. Then I spray the perfume 3-5 times into the lotion before rubbing it on my arms and hands. So using an unscented lotion is great advice.
I can relate to what you mentioned at the end of the video. From now on, when someone compliments me I'm going to try and just say "thank you " without giving them a whole history of my outfit. Lol ❤

Cherry Smoke is beyond smoky. I even had my 22 yr old son try it. He liked the cherry opening, but the dry down he sd wasnt his vibe. I tried to soften it for him with Electric Cherry, but the smoke chimney smell still overpowered it. 😊
