    Excellent!. Great that you don't repeat obvious things and also don't repeat same things again and again.

    You should further continue this series, and get into other subjects. You way of approaching the subject and hands-on way of sharing the necessary relevant areas is commendable and unique. Definitly a lot to gain!!

    Instead of just explaining the technology like many tutorials do, you explain the underlying architecture and workings which makes easier to understand the full picture. Thanks a lot. I wonder why you stopped this series. I hope all is well with you.

    Hi Karthik,
    Really thanks for the video it was really very helpful. If possible can you pls help me in below problem
    when I stop docker containers its not making the mount points free and even after stopping docker service overlayFS is still showing path under mounted on column of 'df-h' output. Bcoz of which I am unable to unmount that particular path, which is a virtual volume on cloud.
    Can you pls help in this.

    • @theitnoob6869
      @theitnoob6869  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi, Just stopping the containers wont free up the mounts. You need to delete/remove the containers.

    • @mockingbird3809
      @mockingbird3809 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Stoping the containers will take the containers to an Exited stage(which helps them to start again) which you can view by $docker ps -all If you need to purge the containers to free up.
