This sets up the absurd (and humorous) legal problem to determine if Charlie was actually irresponsible with the statements he made in his excitement, while alluding to the possibility that people have no limits, are immortal, can fly, etc.

I'm betting this was inspired by Kevin Garnett's famous scream that the rafters of "Anything is possible!!!!" after winning the 2008 NBA FInals.
The way Key says, “Did you think the game was going to end that way tonight” is such a good impersonation of a genuine sports interviewer. These guys just have the golden touch when it comes to depicting different people.
