If you like toasty toes, there is an option for underfloor heating on the family bathroom.
The Pinehurst comes in two sizes - a 40x20 92 bed) and a 40x20 (3 bed).

How long would you be able to keep these on site. You pay a lot of money for these, as you do for the statics, but they age and sites do not like to keep older models.

Nice layout however , is it possible to just buy the Shell ??? Would be cheaper , and the purchaser could give far better quality finishes and appliances . Your company would probably do a lot more sales without cheap finishes !!
