This is so cool, please do more of these i always do crossfit workouts and track my heart rate and heart rate zones but have never been able to find videos on the stats pro athletes get until this video! (don't get more pro than Amanda btw)

I find it difficult to use WHOOP as my source of HR monitoring since not really precise. But on the other hand i cannot wear my HR strap while doing burpees :((
So interesting that she can keep her heart rate in 160-180 range. mine reads 189-192 plus doing crossfit. would love to get to a point where i could keep it at her range too.

I’m a 28 year old guy but my HR sits at 180-200 during Wods and then my resting is around 55 which makes no sense to me

What pace were you supposed to be holding? Was it based off your mile pace?
My heartrate goes up to 185. Just goes to show that heartrate is completely personal and tells you nothing about your fitness, endurance or strength.
