If your university did not ask for English proficiency certificate, it’s not necessary. But if they do, your certificate and transcripts are already showing that you studied in English.
Application is ongoing already till this month end for some schools and next month end for other schools. But in general, admission normally starts by 1st of December

You might need motivational letter but CV, no. To apply for admission, I think those documents are okay. Extra documents depends on the course and school you want to study in

Hello Victoria. I applied to study Bsc Informatics in Czech University of life sciences. However, I was advised to enroll for the Preparatory course (PPL) and pay €3200 if I won't be available to write the entrance exam on campus in Prague. My question is: If I pay for Preparatory Course which is like pre degree, would I be eligible to apply for student visa at the Czech embassy in Abuja and be able to travel to Czech Republic to study the PPL program? I sent a screenshot of the emails from the admission contact person to your DM on Instagram. I'd be waiting to hear from you. Cheers.
I will not advise you to go for PPL as it always lead to visa rejection (I don’t know why). Anyways, PPL is the same as first year student, same course and same year, the difference is the name and there are number of credits you have to meet

No, the embassy does not need it but you need an admission letter which you can only get after nostrification
