OMG, Thank you so much for this! I have tried about 5 different recipes and none of them were evn close to acceptable and all of them came from very reliable sources. Either they stay soft or the were hard and brittle. I made a loaf yestrday that not only piped perfectly but when I unmolded and cut it, it was absouletly amazing!!!! I also used your recipe for cold process embeds which was also a huge success!!!! My soap life has changed! Thank you so much for sharing your expieriences and your receipes!!!!!

Very nice - I am addicted to Press & Seal, It's such easy clean up. I use a coupler to switch tips if I choose ton! Just to keep options open. I use a cake scraper & can eliminate waste some associate with it. I can paint mica or stripe or band colors.
Negative - Its ridiculously expensive now.
I also have a second kitchen aid for soap I love!. I have gone to using my same soap recipe (sometimes it requires patience to wait for that ideal consistency. Or an accelerating fragrance I often measure off % of milk/lye & butter/oils to begin a bit later opting to omit fragrance especially for those naughty fragrances.

Thank you for sharing! I have used a recipe I developed but it uses melt and pour with Stephensons body butter. I would much rather have a soap like this. Does it cure to a light whipped soap (CP) consistency? I am guessing it does. I use whipped soap iced on my cupcake bubble bath bombs and tried a regular soap. It piped and looks lovely but is too heavy and some just fall off the base since the base is not soap. So I am hoping this is lighter.

I just wonder... most American soapmakers are using 5%... here in Germany most are doing at least 10%. Or 15% and up. Just wondering why.

Hi Tierra! I loved this video. I wrote down the measurements you used for the oils. It says 35% for the water solution. How much lye and water did you use? Thank you!!!

You’ll need to enter the percentages in to a soap calc to determine the amount of lye you’ll need for the size batch you plan to do. 👍🏻

Nooo. It’ll eventually harden up and become solid soap
