I still don't think Trey gets enough recognition for NOT demasculinizing himself by "looking like a woman" when he does his female characters. The voice and the scarf are perfectly enough. It always ruins the comedy for me to see a good looking man with a beard put on a wig and dress. I really wish the other "dudes" would do the same.
I was just thinking something similar. He can play feminine perfectly without being effeminate. Captures the character without becoming a caricature. He's sooo talented.
