It will not approve in Planning office
you need to provide 15 % Atleast for Garden and Civic amenity purpose area
9.o to 10 % for garden area
and 4to5 % for CA area
Plot area Kitna bhi ja sakta hai
Not More then 55.00% of Total Area
Land plotting 2d map ka charge kitna lete h.

मेरी खातेदारी जमीन पटवारी नक्शे के अनुसार और मौके पर बिल्कुल सही है जिसके चारों तरफ बाउंड्री है पर मैं जब इसको कमर्शियल करवाने गया तो मास्टर प्लान नक्शे में फॉरेस्ट reserved एरिया बता रहा है जबकि मेरा खसरा भी अलग है और फॉरेस्ट जो पास में है उसका खसरा भी अलग है तो अब क्या करें तो इसको कमर्शियल कैसे करवाएं
