I can't wait for your BTS and other solo reactions because you really look at the lyrics. I mean BTS do have some pure feelgood tracks that don't need much analysis but many are deep. You should throw yourself in and react to HOUSE OF CARDS live. It is a vocal line track, so no rappers.💜
2:40 BTS sings live, they have stopped singing randomly and had mic issues or slipped, laughed, changes notes etc and then you that would have shown if they weren't singing live, if they are quiet it's mostly quiet or a quieter backing track on some parts in heavy choreo or at overlapping vocals in solo songs. You can check their really heavy choreo songs live and see that they sing live.

Ha! I paused after the "dance practice" to make my comment bc I love this choreo and forgot that you still had a lot more time in the video😂😂! Then after Letter, I wondered why people were commenting about Jimin's dancing ... bc after listening to it at least once a day, I still tear up; and forgot that this was a 2-part reaction🤦🏾😂. I take in by now many people have told you BTS specially train so they can dance and sing at the same time so yes they have a backing track but they always sing live.
i understand what you mean at 2:50 cause thats what normal singers do but bts are not the average group. bts ALWAYS sing live live. they may have backing track but you can clearly tell theyre actually singing live. the dont pre record vocals they would use the studio version as backing track and have it very low but if they cant hit a note for whatever reason either theyre out of breath from dancing or just feel like skipping a note they wont move their mouth to even attempt at fooling the audience that they sang that part. they only sing when they can sing if they feel themselves not able to do a certain note they will let the backing track take over for that part and not attempt at hiding it. many other groups and many western artists lip sync bts never does 1 because theyre terrible at it and 2 cause they dont want to. a very clear example is 3:02-3:04 of this video 221015 쩔어 (Dope)Jungkook focus @ BTS Yet To Come in Busan (아시아드 주경기장) by the channel JUNGKOOKIE jungkook sings "everyday hustle life" and his next line is "i gotta make it fire baby" and he makes a cute face and laughs because he purposely skipped that and all you heard was the studio version very low. not prerecorded vocals. he couldve moved his mouth to pretend to sing but bts dont do that. its normal to assume they did because most artists do but they practice so much even singing while running on treadmills so they can keep up with the songs while dancing but on the times they cant or just dont feel like it they dont pull any façade. bts in general are very real artists/celebrities they dont glamorize their careers they dont put themselves on pedestals and they dont fake anything even if they say were pretending to be happy in a moment they eventually tell us later like "yeah i wasnt feeling my best at this time" like theyre very open and have no need to cover mistakes or pretend like they can hit a note when they cant etc

BTS members always sing live and dance. I have been watching them every day for over 6 years. They are known for it. That is why Jungkook is the main singer in the front center . He was told he had to have the stamina. Remember they worked in training for 7 days a week minimum 12 hours a day.
FYI they always. Sing live and dance. They have a backtrack with the music but the main song they sing. They used to practice 18 hrs a day and never get sleep. Jungkook is the main singer and he practices with the others now probably 8 hrs a day prepping. His voice is the most steady, that's why he is the center.

Often if not always their choreos have different levels of "interpretive dance", they literally show the lyrics with their movement. In Set Me Free pt2 for example it was "butterfly" movement and "whiskey at night".
