Here in Ontario Canada there is no such thing as hunting, they don't have it here and we are left with nothing so no problem, just wishing we had some choice.
I thought that Old Emmer CS was from Daniel Weller. TW's Spirits Direct Scotches are good now. Benromach and Tamdhu are worth it. Also that Woodford Reserve Batch Proof I gave up years ago. It was horrendous.
@@T.ROD_WHISKEY that is the same experience with me. Spirits direct Bourbon is meh. From what I’ve experienced you’re better off waiting until TW gives up on a Bourbon and Discounts it by min 25%. By me their Nulu picks and Barrell offerings are 25% off.
Stop buying at Total Wine and find a good, independent, privately owned retail shop with an owner who knows his product, and establish a relationship with that business.You’ll do much better all around. Everyone knows the stuff they push at TW is crap.
I actually shop at many local stores, and have great relationships with the owners, but I still stop into Total Wine as well, just to see what's up. 90% of my business goes to small stores

Fair enough, the scotches may be decent, but I haven't yet found a Bourbon that was worth the money
