Holiday Haunted Mansion is how you do a proper retheme *cough Tiana cough* 6:10 Agreed. It's noticeable just how few frames per second this was shot in. I don't know if it was stop motion or digital, but there's some tween frames clearly missing.
Christmas came early today? Joking aside, I know many hardcore theme park fans hate seasonal overlays, because they like to be able to experience the original attraction at every time of the year, but I think there's a certain artistry in being able to change an existing attraction to tell a unique story.
Love Holiday so much! Even if I think it should only be open during Christmas time because it’s upsetting you can’t ride the most classic spooky Disney ride during Halloween time (at Disneyland at least). I know that would mean there would be no Halloween overlays at Disneyland but in that case just bring Ghost Galaxy back or come up with something new. Still love the ride and I’m excited to see it again this year
Great video! I would probably place the Stretching Room music as #1, but the Ballroom music is also pretty good. I hope to visit Disneyland someday to ride this version as I ride the version at Magic Kingdom and I am an avid Nightmare Before Christmas fan. From the looks of it, I think I prefer this over the original!

The original music from 2001 I think is a little bit better the current music. Especially the ballroom music. It’s basically of mix of classic Christmas songs just more creepy which fits more with the original haunted mansion. The problem I have with the current music is that it’s more jollier which makes sense but it doesn’t fit with the the mix of OG haunted.
