Lost my xsound go which was great for its price . I'm thinking buy another tribit product Like their sound quality and of course the affordability. Is there any other speaker which is value for money apart from this one?
I have several Tribit products including the predecessor to this speaker which I love. Tribit fanboy here. I especially like the way Tribit tunes their stuff, a tube-like sound. I noticed your sweatshirt. Medina Ohio? That’s my neck of the woods. Born in Cleveland, grew up in Cuyahoga County but I’ve lived in Medina County for over 30 years now.
I had tribit XSound Go. Loved it but after 4 years of use, its given up. Here is my experience using it. From the start, the rubberised coating was hard to clean and started getting slightly sticky. After 2 years of use, the cover for aux and usb c ports broke off. Meaning i cant bring it near water, never used to tbh. After 3.5 years, the power button cracked and broke off. So there was a hole. This completely changed how it sounded because now there was a hole. And as of last week, i can hear crackling sound. So yeah this is my experience using it. All the time i have stored it in its pouch and taken good care. Not sure if i should buy another tribit product or choose edifier.
If you are a JBL listener for longer period like past few years... U r definitely going take 2 3 days to get use to tribit sound taste.. Because it gives bass where JBL doesn't... It's little wierd for advance listeners.

Got this on sale for only 60$. Its incredible. The only speaker close to being this great for this cheap is the soundcore 300. This is just a bit better to me. Best bang for ur bucks! Very impressive sound for the size and price
I would love to see how this Gem compares to the new "beats pill" that EVERYONE says is ALL THAT. It's only double the price at 150$. But they look almost the same but the the beats has a tweeter and small woofer with no passive radiators. I think it would be interesting comparison

Question- should I get this speaker or the DOSS Soundbox Pro+? I would want to get it used- like new on amazon. The DOSS is 24W at $34, and this is 30W at $41.

I just buy tribit xsound go 16watt 1 month ago the sound damnn good Lookin xsound plus 30 wanted me to buy it again but xsound go still can use as normal everyday
Thanks for the review! Have you also tested Aux-latency? I would love to use it for portable synths and if the latency (supposed to be 16ms) is not noticeable this speaker would be my choice :)

Yes, I have this model right now and there is an audio lag when playing videos on bluetooth. Around ~200ms. With AUX its the least amount of latency I could find in the market right now, about 16ms. That being said, the latency is not unbearable by any means.
Too bad the Tribit app won't work. I bought it over the weekend, but can't even enjoy it as intended. I verified a lot of people is having the same issue. It sounds good, but I want to tweak it with the app. Never the same with aftermarket or cell EQ. Thanks for the great videos!
It didn't work the whole weekend on Android, but came from work tonight and the app worked like a charm! Big difference with the Tribit EQ. It definitely sounds better than the Soundcore 3 though. Hint hint😁. Thanks again for the great videos!

i use Jet Audio Plus EQ presets yo find my own sweet spot sounds, you might surprise on what kind of outputs by using it 😁

How is the sound quality compared to the flip 6? You have no mention of it in your video.
Flip 6 is has a brighter sound by defualt and also gets a tad louder.

You wouldn't notice anything under 50 in my opinion. So 16ms is pretty great

Iphone or android? The app worked instantly on IPhone. On Android it took a reinstallation.

Sorry to me the jbl filp 6 is way better then tribute.
It's really depends though, jbl flip 6 is mono, and Tribit xp2 is stereo... You can really tell the difference when it's comes to sorround
I have the flip 6 but I'd rather choose my flex.. the flip 6 is too harsh it's loud but it's too bright,. Thats why I'd give my flip 6 to my sister..
