I worked in two kvs but the permanent teachers were arrogant, bullies and never appreciated my efforts despite being punctual, regular and respectful towards them. I don't want to be a part of kvs as an contractual untill I become a permanent teacher!

I had mix experiences in two kvs. I would suggest you change that particular school but don't leave kvs totally because the experience will only benefit you if your target is to be a permanent kv teacher.
@@ComeOnKoyel I have been through a lot. They act as Mafia and what not. Misogynistic mindset always push people like me to the edge. Yes you are right...where I live here is 5 kvs within the city. But chatukarita , nepotism ,regionalism, favouritism is so strong ,that in the end you can't fight with them. So now I'm working in a pvt school. ❤️ where I got pgt position as well as good salary. In the end after whatever happened in kvs permanent recruitment exam...It lost my respect. So now I have made my peace with my self. Pvt sector is challenging but it also push u towards evolution as a teacher ...there is a demand and it will push u to update your skill and I can't live stagnant life as a teacher .

@@foodie8779 yes I totally I understand. I have been in such position too. I was mentally tortured and defamed on multiple occasions and so I had to change the school. I just suggested what I felt, in no way my intention was to dismiss your experience. I hope you heal fast and have a wonderful future both in personal and work life 😊.

No they will not ask just be confident and go.. and don't show them that u r uncomfortable in hindi..
