I have been watching from the beginning and may I say your channel is really first rate. The content and production value are getting better and better!
Really one of my favorite videos y'all have put out... the track announcer is awesome i love his energy and his love for drag racing and helping keep our kids safe, what a kind and thoughtful person he is... the only complaint is not enough videos from there lol but i get it you're trying to have fun and work also, makes it harder
Amazing! I am so grateful to you both for bringing all of us along to share this track day, and your trip! I would never be able to make it to Hawaii, so thank you Olivia and Dany! Love your show guys!!!
Awesome video guys thank you for showing my homestate's race track. I remember going to the old raceway park on Oahu back in the early 70's good ole days I enjoy your channel a lot. Stay safe out there and have a blessed day. Aloha from Kansas
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHARING THE AWESOME ADVENTURES 🏎️🚦🏁🎉 Also very happy to hear the track has the support of the local’s & government officials! His words are so true tracks are closing …. it is sadly becoming hard to find local places to take these cars. Unfortunately the og hot rod folks & younger generation is unable to utilize a safe environment to race. 🥺 he definitely has great ideas to keep the younger ones involved 🎉
Excellent show! Much Mahalo for coming to Hawaii and making this documentary. All the cars are so awesome and the story about how the track came about and what's going on with it now is so good to know. 🤙
Tony seems like the village grandpa - what a cool guy!!! Such an epic location for a drag strip. Da Falcon is so beautiful, I love the paint and graphics. Ohana culture is on display. Nice drone shots!!!! 🤙🤙🍻🍻
Born and raised on the Big Island. One side of my family is from Kauai. My dad lived on Kauai his whole darn life and I have never heard of this drag strip🤦🏽♂️😬😂😂😂
Awesome!!! Kauai get beautiful cars!! Loved the video, great job thanks for sharing❤ i remember pig pen from the 70s was a barracuda racing at cambell industrial park
Shedding weight, taking the stuff out of the trunk, wanting to do the same with the back seat was priceless! This video is phenomenal, shows soo much cool gearhead candy! A Mike Bos dragster, methanol screw blowers, top dragsters, Skip White engines,,, clear down to a rental car run finished out with a plunge into the Pacific Ocean from the return road. INCREDIBLE! When working at Skip White Performance in East Tennessee a few years ago, we had the pleasure of building two engines for Bobby & Jason Barros with the El Camino. These guys sent me an aloha care package from Kauai with all the goodies, Macadamia nuts galore [the garlic ones are killer on a salad], including a T-shirt with his body shop & automotive business showing out his black El Camino with the 572 Big Block Bowtie! Gotta love his red/white/blue gangsta hat and that the Island hospitality. We have been invited to come stay with them at Hawaii's Garden Island, to enjoy all the hot rods and racing at this incredible track secluded in Paradise, "just find your way here and we will show you the hospitality of the Hawaiian people." Mahalo. 🤙
Brilliant video! Loved rhe colorful cars and you covering the regular Joe's efforts. I was shocked at the quality of the cars. I was hooked...I watched the whole video in one go.
Oh the memories this brought back to me !!! 1975 I raced at this track driving my best friends 1969 Daytona Charger 440 magnum car with a 4 speed... (I still remember the day he bought that car for ($500 dollars Ha!!!!) what a beast that car was, heck i was only 17 yoa at the time but man we had some good times in that car. it was a pretty good track even back in those days/ I miss you my brother Rick if you are still out there...lost track of him and cant find anything on him or his brother Dezma... maybe he will read this post some day..lol Kauai has always had a few amazing cars. Great video you two keep up the fantastic work !!!
Great vivid up close and personal video of everything. Wonderful work. Looked like the firebird lost left tire instead of right. Nice aerials of sunset skyline with drone !
Vary nice and gnarly, racing, that Chevelle need wheelie bars lolthanks Liv and Danny, palmDale California,is where you get al of the mikes transmission, ok,,,thanks BigAl California
Mahalo for coming to the Islands and enjoying you beautiful stay here, hopefully your next trip/vacation🛫 Honolulu Oahu will have a dragstrip by then? Said its in the process... Sad to think that the mainstream island didn't have a Raceway park for 2. decades
Thanx for sharing! 👍 Next time, ya gotta try driving on the beach like at Daytona, or maybe driving on the beach & having a campfire and some personal time,.... (on the beach) on Cape Cod I've scratched off a few! 😉👍
So awesome to see kauai and it's strip so vital and going so strong! I was there to rebuild after hurricane iniki, and stayed 6 mo. Living In poipou. Much love and respect! Mahalo
Awesome sucks i wasnt able to race this past weekend. I race in sport compact with a full interior lexus is350 on a small shot of nitrous pb was only a 12.6 at 109 mph
I can’t wrap my head around that Chevelle with no coolant being from Michigan where it gets super hot and humid. Crazy to me. Hope it lives. I understand it’s alcohol injected but is the rest really that much cooler??!!
The whole atmosphere there on the Island is much of a day gone bye. Running mechanical fuel injection on Methanol with no cooling system was typical. Having to tow the car to the line and again picking it up at the end of the return road is essential, and creates the inconvenience this fast paced impatient modern world has no love for these days...
Hats off to Kauai Race Park keeping the good times on the track going. Another excellent video Danny & Olivia
I want to put on the headphones on and blow my eardrums out! great video.
cool video ...was fun to watch ...and that Track in Paradise .....a Dream
Thanks for taking us along with you,you guys know how to have fun. Dang that Olivia can run and in the sand too!!😊
Just Damm ! That's gotta be the coolest drag strip ever.
I have been watching from the beginning and may I say your channel is really first rate. The content and production value are getting better and better!
Great interview! WIth the cars I found myself saying 'nice' over and over lol Great job on the Islands!
Thank you!! 😊

64 Chevelle is just way too powerful without wheelie bars. Beautiful car and original. Hope to see it when we fly to Kauai.
