Monica made peace for Jason's sake. She really did not want him to marry Carly but if he was happy, then that's all she wanted for son. Tracy doesn't show it, but she does care. She knows Monica is not well either. Monica is devastated about Michael and to lose her grand kids on top of that. I think Tracy is pushing them to compromise to get the best result

Why does it feel like Tracy is no better than Willow and Drew here. Willow and Drew are using the kids as pawns. Tracy is doing the same thing. She is using this as a way to punish Carly and Sonny. She doesn't care one bit about Michael. I hate to say it but Carly needs to go to the police and have them tell Tracy either hand over the kids or go to jail. Either that or have Diane go to a judge, explain what is going on, how Willow is now using the kids as pawns against Michael's family, and get her medical proxy revoked.
She needs to hurry and rush this divorce since is in the hospital and Willow still hanging around and sexing Drew. No way she should be over Michael and making decisions on his health care... All that should go to Carly and Sonny. And the way Willow been acting do she really needs custody of them kids? Take her butt back to the gatehouse and stay living there with them, since that's there home from day one.
Tracy will get hers tomorrow; spoilers says that she’ll end up in hot water. I’m betting Martin will bring legal charges against her because she has no leg to stand on regarding the kids. They’ve always had Carly taking insults & cheap shots from Tracy/Monica. We all know that Carly can give as good as she gets. I think she usually holds against them because: 1) she really does feel guilty for she put them through back in the day; 2) because they’re Michael & Jason’s family whether she likes it or not and 3) deep down she feels some sort of respect for them.

The reason this happened is because Leslie was sick and is now gone and they wanted to give Tracy and Monica the ending they have always built toward but they can only do it with one actor present
