Border punch looks like EK tools.
This will make a cute top of page tuck, in pink or red with hearts, for my Alice journal. Add a few stamped images....and I'm good to go.
Yes, the punch is for a continuous punched border, punch it's yours. Use it the way theat suits you.
Use alcohol ink to colour the " screw heads" of the brads ( black) and colour the " woolie" by dragging it through a (green) ink pad.

Lovely very fiddly but very lovely. You could make the screw style Brad black by colouring with a sharpie, just a little more fiddling 😂

Love this ... I have some saved card from breakfast cases... It's I hope ok and not to thick as the color is perfect... I don't have much for tools... So will have to find a punch for wholes... I have no brads n things.. I'll try twine or lace n ribbon fingers crossed... I'll try find some Brad's at the office supplies place... These are adorable! I love all the different styles and see these being used in a bunch of ways. BTW, I have been looking for that particular style of woolly.
