It's not biblical for a woman to be a pastor. This is what the Bible say 1 Timothy 2;12 KJV I suffer not a woman to teach, nor usurp authority over a man, but to be silenced 1 Corinthians 14:34-35 Women should keep silent in the churches and not be permitted to speak.
You are completely right, but most people don't care anymore about sufficiency of the Bible...
