Put bread machine on the DOUGH cycle (for me that was cycle 8). Allow the bread machine to run its course. I often like to allow it an extra 30 min or so to prove a little extra. After this completes, remove dough and section off into equal parts. I usually make 8 large buns, but you can easily get a couple extra if you want a smaller size. Shape the buns by kneading gently, fold and tuck them over themselves into nice little balls. Place on a lined baking sheet, give a little brush over with milk, cover to make air tight, and continue to allow to continue to rise. When ready turn the Oven to 375 , brush the buns with the egg wash you prepared, sprinkle seeds over buns and cook for 17-22 minutes. Let cool and slice in half.
They go on sale! You just have to keep an eye out i got mine for half what they are charging now. But i totally have gotten my money worth. I use it all the time. It makes the first part of the bread making process so easy 😊

mmmmm bread!
Is the recipe written anywhere? and why say grams of yeast when everything else is American measures? Be more prepared please!
You can use one packet or 7 grams which is a little less than a tablespoon
