Okay, for some reason, the Randolph valley troublemakers actually need a behavioral specialist or a therapist because their own parents are not even helping their own children. I mean, how are they still in Randolph valley in the first place? If they need to move to give their kids the support they need, and they need to. These kids are gonna learn that there consequences to their actions, which there are. Just imagine Jordan gets charged with a death sentence, are his parents even going to feel bad for him? No! Their parents are toxic and extremely unsupportive to their kids. pretty much what’s going to happen is that Rachael will move out of her parents and possibly break up with Michael to have her redemption. And for Alexis, she’s pretty much going to break up with Jordan, and she even feels uncomfortable. For the porter twins, they get kicked out of their home because how neglectful their parents are. Making their sisters sleep in a room together, and have them being forced to things against their will, and I just hope they find somewhere supportive to gain their redemption. If Jordan ends up getting executed, his parents are even going to celebrate his death, which is unforgivable. This is just a theory I have, it’s not official though, things can change.

They were already arrested. Anytime a police officer detains you, you count as arrested even if they don't use cuffs or take you to jail. As far as to going to jail afterwards? Maybe. Depends on how their court appearances end up. I wouldn't be surprised if the courts decided to punish Jordan harder than they usually would (with jailtime) given his past record.
But Jordan and Alexis could have refused his offer. After all, Jordan did point out that they would be in serious trouble if they were caught with alcohol on school grounds.

They were already arrested, along with some others, for destroying hotel property and stealing items from the rooms in the previous season. I don’t know if anything worse than that will be done by these characters.
They were already arrested. Anytime a police officer detains you, you count as arrested even if they don't use cuffs or take you to jail. As far as to going to jail afterwards? Maybe. Depends on how their court appearances end up. I wouldn't be surprised if the courts decided to punish Jordan harder than they usually would (with jailtime) given his past record.
I also want to hear their court hearing about them bringing beer to a high school.
I do, too, especially because Jordan is already on probation.
