Dear friend
I asked a naval medical examiner as I am too working on my knock knees , to test it yourself , u must first sir down on the floor and extend your legs , after that take a scale and keep it between your ankles ... remember, keep it between your ankles , not ur knees , after that check if the deviation of the ankles is below 8 cm. If it's less than that , then we r safe , hope this helps😀
