Dada you have taken a right call because "A Satisfied Life is Better than a Successful Life. Because our success is measured by others. But our satisfaction is measured by our own Soul, Mind & Heart."
I am from Mumbai. After being in the mountains in Sikkim, for just 8 days on vacation, I've realised that we've become so delicate. I've developed huuuggggge respect for mountains and people living here. We're nothing in front of nature and it's immense power. It can break us in a fraction of a second. Parth, I have personally felt each of your emotions while watching this video. I'm only glad that you made it back alive for your parents.. there's always a second time for such expeditions.. and yes, I too believe that 'jaan hai to jahan hai'.. respect, respect and only respect for the sherpas and mountain community and for true mountaineers like you who struggle right from the scratch to reach the top.. words are not enough.. I wish you all the best for your future expeditions.. 🙏
It is not worth to loose even the tip of your finger for any god damn mountain, be it Everest or Annapurna. Safety is success. Summit is the bonus. This line✨❤️
Thank you for being who you are. I watch all your videos on TH-cam and I want to thank you for the kind of content you bring to the platform. I am writing this message to thank you for perhaps being one of those rare people on internet who are raw, who showcase things as they are, no window dressing no only bright goody goody stuffs. You have embarked upon three 8000ers of which one you sumitted and in the other two you successfully heard when the mountains spoke to you. People usually glorify only their success stories but they wont open up so gracefully and unabashedly about their ventures that might not have achieved the expected results. In life we do face many struggles than successes but no one appreciates or even discusses about the process. Your videos are the best motivation to embrace the struggle, live through it and keep moving ahead as you enjoy the learning of all the failures that mould you and eventually make you stronger. More power to you and may your tribe shine. Thank you for motivating strangers in your unique way.
Everytime i watch about expeditions i am amazed by the contribution of the sherpa community to each of the expeditions 🙏🙏🙏 i was wondering about the rope fixing team ahead of any other team. What guts, risks and skills they have...wow.. Well tried Parth, someday gates will open for you for sure..gr8 effort👍. How are your parents now
Good Decision bro 👍
Not many can identify the thin line of difference between Bravery and Stupidity, especially when you are at such high altitude when your mind can't think straight. You took right decision "Jaan hai to jahan hai". Kudos to you. Thank you for inspiring us. More power to you. Hope your parents are fine.
If the dreamer is alive then, the dream never died. Thank you for this beautiful documentary, it is an very true experience that you have shared. It is indeed a success. Keep going parth, The mountain gods have blessed you.
It was the best decision that you could have taken. Annapurna is not going away anywhere. This time it's going to be 100% success and with all safety. Love & respect
Amazing! Much awaited documentary! I started watching your videos a year back when I was planning my first winter trek to kedarkantha. I fell in love with the mountains. You are so motivating! I too plan on climbing the Everest one day😊. I love the fact that you never want to conquer a mountain, but rather wait for it to open its gates for you🥰
As an amateur mountaineer, I learned a lot of important things, primarily : 1. The day Parth ji took the call to come back ,being his bday I can only imagine how hard it must have been. But as he says ' Safety is success , summit is Bonus' 2. The amazing way the rescue was carried out! 3. His apt answer to what he titled this documentary as " successful failure". Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful journey sans your summit, but we all are eagerly waiting for the one which has the bonus in it :)
Climbing such a difficult mountain and capturing most of it is next level.. You are already a champion Parth... Feels so good to have met you in Mumbai. You are an inspiration for so many of us ✨✨✨
Just finished watching this and couldn't be more inspired! The wait was more than worth! You are simply amazing Sir!❤️🙌 Hat's off to you and kudos to the editing team👍 More power to you!
I can’t express the amount of respect I always had for you Parth, always admired your ideologies and now after watching this documentation it makes me feel so proud and emotional at the same time. Kudos to all your life changing efforts and specially sharing this vulnerable experience with everyone which is the most difficult part but you graceful nailed it. Cheers to such victories and learnings, It’s long way to go!❤️🙏
I have respect and admiration for you. I am going through difficult times in my life right now but your story is so inspiring. You are genuine, truthful and in peace with yourself. I am so glad I have learnt about your story. My dream is to trek Annapurna circuit one day. Thank you so much. Peace.
Thankyou so much for sharing your experience I couldn't stop myself crying. You're such an inspiration for all of us. I pray to god to give you so much strength. You're not only chasing your dream but you are an inspiration for all of us. You're an miracle person as your name defined PARTH💓.
Hey Parth! I know its customary for the successful Homo-sapien (Yes, I said Homo-sapien) to receive gifts but I got the greatest gift the day I came to know you :) So, Thank You for that. Just wanted to say what a beautiful documentary. Indeed, you will summit Annapurna 1 along with the remaining 12 (8000 meter) peaks. You are an inspiration, undoubtedly and one of the finest Mountaineer the world has to offer. Have a positive outlook for life as always and keep smiling and keep answering my questions on video calls and in chats :)
You know, the honesty which Mr. Mittal saw in you, is visible in each and every frame of the video alongwith a pleasant innocence and strong determination. This is very inspiring. Lots of best wishes and blessings to you. 🤗🤗
I am so thankful that you came down and are here, safe. Annapurna is just much too unstable! It is not conducive to being climbed sheerly by skill and endurance. It is all about luck ... which, to most skillful mountaineers, is a deal breaker. You would have an equal chance at climbing it just by picking the lucky straw. Climbing up is a choice, but making it down is mandatory.
What an inspiring video! I cried with you when you had to descend being so close to the summit. Cannot imagine what gush of emotions you might have gone through before making that tough decision at that high altitude. More power to you! Love and respect from USA. 😊🙏🏻
Every successful person must have failure in life. So never mind. One day you can 100% achieve your goals. Parth you are my inspiration. LOVE FROM WEST BENGAL.❤️❤️❤️🙏
Sir I am following you since long and you and arjun sir were always the inspiration for me...so I can say that as failure is the best teacher for you....same like that your successful failure is the best inspiration , best vision of looking forward and yes the best drawing in of breath for me...You are great and thank uh so much sir..
What a power packed experiences !!! Hats off to you and each and every mountaineer who climbed Annapurna. For me, climbing Annapurna is simply out of question; but April 2019 was when I went for Pangarchulla summit and I too had to come back without summiting it, I came back from the baby Pangarchulla point and I know how it feels. But as you rightly said, failures are equally important in ones life to make oneself aware of their own strength and power. Even today when I think about that failure, my heart cries and longs to go back to summit it someday. But this year September first week I trekked Kashmir Great Lakes and that too after recovering from my - almost a year long ankle ligament injury. So yes, never stop preparing and following your dreams is what I believe in. My best of best wishes for your coming Annapurna summit, Parth 🙌🏻
one of the best documentaries I ever watched! success only boost our ego, failure teach lessons, more power to you brother, Annapurna 1 2022 ( i can imagine it already )
Just watched i have tear in my eyes i am sure next time you will be on top 👍👍 we are with you we wish luck for next year and also one suggestion or request sir plz make some prepration video good luck again 👍
Wow, this is so incredible. By no means this can be called a failure. This is a precise and apt decision making when odds are stacked against you. Pushing your mind to think clearly especially in the state of reduced fitness, adverse weather and challenging terrain is wonderful. You took the right decision to climb down only to climb another day in few months. What a visibility that day when you could capture Mt Dhaulagiri, Annapoorna, Annapoorna South and Maachapuchre in one frame. Your bowing down to these majestic mountains and taking their blessing to keep you safe is a beautiful sight. I can feel the mix of adrenaline rush, fear and thrill when you were returning back to camp1, alone during the rotation climb due to sickness. Crossing the crevasse field between camp 2 and 1 alone must be so nerve racking but so glad you held the battle ground with grit and patience. In moments like these, one gets so tempted to expedite and rush. But of course the key is move steps firmly one at a time. Thank you Parth for allowing us to be part of your incredible journey and showcasing these awe inspiring climbs. I am your fan.
Hey Parth I have got goosebumps while watching your journey. Your journey will surely inspire many people in many ways. Your words and emotions are so powerful. I am so glad I have come across your channel. Lots of love and respect. Wishing you the best for next time.
Hi Parth. You are an inspiration, at least to me. I started watching your videos (just around 3 weeks back), and it somehow woke up a mountaineer in me. Now I am prepping up for my BMC course. Thanks man! And hope you summit Maa Annapoorna soon. Waiting to witness that journey!
How can you eat spicy food on such a high altitude, it is not at all good for stomach. I guess it's the food intake which plays the major factor in these crazy mountains. That is why maximum climbers carry energy bars with them to get that instant energy. But you gained so much experience from this expedition, come back stronger next time & we proud of you parth no matter what. Kudos to the editing team, this was the best documentary on Annapurna, hands down🤗♥️
4 most important statements by you Parth that we human beings and young mountaineers should learn: Safety is success, Summit is bonus Do first what you are afraid of Look at failure logically than emotionally Find solution and not expect sympathy Amazing video brother and I'm sure you will get 100% confidence for your 2nd Annapurna expedition, We are with you, World is with you and God is with you, Go nail it....!! Great editing by Arya, Kudos to you both for making this film possible
Im following since you climbed Everest im so inspired and this video is blonde up to me bhai duniya aysa bhi jagah hota hai 🥺mere marne se pehle bass ek hi khwahish hai bass camp se dekhna hai maa annapurna ko 😁❤️🥺🥺🥺love you bro for showing this….
First of Salute to U.. for dreaming and putting your everything into full filling them!! Had tears while watching this video ..All the best for your next expedition!!

Great documentary. We live our mountaineering dreams through your experiences. Thank for for uploading this . You are an inspiration. Wish you good luck for all your future mountaineering endeavours. Keep sharing !!
I cannot define my love towards the mountains and everything related to it you are living a dream parth ❤️ ..........following you after I started to research about expeditions............. and when you say climbing and being in the mountains it's a mental thing more than a physical effort I can feel you .........best of luck brother hope you can achieve your upcoming dreams ।।।always here to support you ❤️❤️❤️❤️🏔️🏔️🏔️🏔️
It is an amazing journey that we got see because of you...you are an inspiration for me and many others round the world, I think thats the biggest success. All the very best for Spring’22 journey, will wait to see view from the summit of Mount Annapurna with a powerful message from you as always :)
Wow!!! Parth what an Amazing story.. I am glad you choose to be alive & well than to summit & die. Next time take more care what you eat & drink. As a medical doctor I would like to suggest that along with antibiotics please carry some anti-diarrheal drugs such as Capsule Racecadotril 100mg (Cap Redotil), you can take 1 tablet 8 hourly until loose motion stops. Keep training & all the best for next year I am not financially strong right now to make contribution to you but please let us know how can we contribute at least a small amount..
IT REQUIRES A LOT OF STRENGTH PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY TO COMPLETE SUCH A DIFFICULT TASK SUCCESSFULLY. I AM MORE THAN CONFIDENT THAT ONE DAY WE WILL WATCH YOUR VIDEO DESCRIBING YOUR SUCCESSFUL ANNAPURNA CLIMBING. WHILE MAKING THIS VIDEO U MAY NOT BE KNOWING U HV MOTIVATED MANY MANY PEOPLE WHO MUST BE FEELING DOWN FOR VARIOUS REASONS AND CHALLENGES OF LIFE. I AM ONE OF THOSE MANY. WISHING YOU BEST KUCK FOR YOUR NEXT SUCCESSFUL ATTEMPT TO" ANNAPURNA". BABA KEDARNATH MAHADEV PRASANN BHAVTU
Amazing feat, effort, narration and message. Had a similar experience a week ago, viz-a-viz an exam which is hailed as one of the toughest in the world. But like a Phoenix, our dharma as humans is to keep trying till we summit. Waiting for the day I get to share my story, with the world, like you're doing. Don't stop, keep at it!
Watching this again after an year. Always motivating. It takes so much to turn back during that moment. You're very strong champ..👊 Goodluck for future brother.

Love from Nepal 🇳🇵❤️.
My fifth time watching this documentary and I can say I am not regretting it.
Loads of respect to parth.. wishing you the best.
“Ye laddoo jo mumma ne bana ke diye the” I am watching this with my mom and both of us had a BIG smile on our faces.
Amazing! Much awaited documentary! I started watching your videos a year back when I was planning my first winter trek to kedarkantha. I fell in love with the mountains. You are so motivating! Thousand time better than any Bollywood movie thanks for showing realism.
Keep walking to the milestone.
Atleast you came back alive. Life is a gift and we need to preserve it. Accomplishments is all selfish intent which we keep doing all our life.
Climbing such a difficult mountain and capturing most of it is next level.. You are already a champion Parth... Feels so good to have met you in Mumbai. You are an inspiration for so many of us ✨✨✨
Hi... how is it possible to meet Parth? Would like to meet one day.
In Mumbai
Just finished watching this and couldn't be more inspired! The wait was more than worth! You are simply amazing Sir!❤️🙌 Hat's off to you and kudos to the editing team👍 More power to you!
U R ABSOLUTELY RIGHT SUPERB VIDEO EDITING DONE BY AARYA . MOST INSPIRING EFFORT BY THE TOUGH GUY PARTH.
I wish this was more about your mountaineering expeditions and your struggles than a promotion of your spiritual guru !!!
Thank You Dada❤️

As Ed Viesturs said, Going up is optional, coming down is mandatory. All the best for your next attempt.
Safety is success. Summit is a bonus. Such wise words to live by.
That moment u decided to turn , it’s uncredible, it take a lot of courage 👏🏻.. all the best for next year 👍🏻.. thank for motivating us .

Hey Parth I have got goosebumps while watching your journey. Your journey will surely inspire many people in many ways. Your words and emotions are so powerful. I am so glad I have come across your channel. Lots of love and respect. Wishing you the best for next time.
The Sherpas putting the ropes are the real climbers. Funny so many climbers do not put there own ropes.
Still amazing achievement
Hi Parth. You are an inspiration, at least to me. I started watching your videos (just around 3 weeks back), and it somehow woke up a mountaineer in me. Now I am prepping up for my BMC course. Thanks man! And hope you summit Maa Annapoorna soon. Waiting to witness that journey!

Hope, you'll touch the peak of Mt. Annapurna. All the best for your future summits.
4 most important statements by you Parth that we human beings and young mountaineers should learn:
Safety is success, Summit is bonus
Do first what you are afraid of
Look at failure logically than emotionally
Find solution and not expect sympathy

Parth what an Amazing story..
I am glad you choose to be alive & well than to summit & die.
Next time take more care what you eat & drink.
As a medical doctor I would like to suggest that along with antibiotics please carry some anti-diarrheal drugs such as Capsule Racecadotril 100mg
(Cap Redotil), you can take 1 tablet
8 hourly until loose motion stops.
Keep training & all the best for next year
I am not financially strong right now to make contribution to you but please let us know how can we contribute at least a small amount..
