From there air stall and bounce off of it to land on the ledge. (I don't know the exact nail and fireball timings)

I just found a great cell farm on dead cells (5bc), take Hitchcock and infinite ammo, then take 2 throwable objects and 2 owls assigned to the same buttons. Activate auto attack and have fun with the stun and no cooldown! I beat all the stunnable bosses no hit because of this
