Do you ever miss the green? Or the smell of summer in the south?? It’s such a nostalgic smell for me? I’m East Tennessee and for me there is nothing like summer in the south. Glad you got to visit family! Your sister is beautiful by the way! Your mom would be proud!

I have been all over the US and no place beats the south. I absolutely love the beautiful scenery we have along with the nicest people. The cajun boiled peanuts are delicious!!

As a fellow southern girl (kinda, if you count Florida), I can say in all sincerity there are few things in life better than side of the road/gas station boiled peanuts.
Boiled peanuts on a pontoon in the muddy lake with a beer and throwing each other off of the kneeboard/float/ ski’s… I love it ❤️ we stayed at the lake during the summers when I was younger
The south is so beautiful. It saddens me that I’ve never experienced Alabama. Maybe one day😊

I have to eat right before working out or I get super dizzy/lightheaded. My coach told me to try a Rice Krispie treat 15 min before and it’s worked ever since! I’ve been going to OrangeTheory twice a week for almost a full year!!

Me & brother & our families go spend 10 days with my Dad for July 4th. We’ve been going for 20 years. Lake Martin is so beautiful & peaceful. Glad you got away for a couple days.

I LOVE GOING HOME!!! I would never move back and staying longer than 4 days is way too long for me but I love to go back and visit just for that short amount of time and take my kids especially now since all of my family has either moved away or moved houses lol! Now my oldest started college back towards my home but he’s still like 2 hours away from it
