In this video, I talk to my counselor about a certain moment that was captured on a VHS camera 20 years ago. We discuss the power of core memories and how it shapes our lives, and the dangers of holding on.
This will be a two part series. The second video will come out next Friday December 16th.

Dude, thank you for making this video, this is really well done. It was really interesting to see the child that formed you into who you are today. I love the effort you're putting into these - super creative stuff!

Boomer! I know you don't know me but I've followed you for years on this channel. It might not mean much coming from some random person on the internet but I'm really proud of you for putting out this video and being open. It's super entertaining and authentic and and likely therapeutic for you as well. Just wanted to hop in here and give you some words of encouragement. I hope you continue this series and chase your happiness. At the end of the day that's what's most important!! Don't forget it!

Boomer! Thank you. That’s all I have to say. This is such a beautifully open and raw video. Thank you for being sharing this with us. I love every single aspect of this video. It reminded me of my younger self and how creative I use to be without a care in the world. It’s reminding me to keep pushing through all of the perfectionism and constant self criticism I do to myself.
Never stop creating and pushing yourself to be your true self. You’re doing freaking amazing, and just remember, younger Boomer is looking back up to you and saying, “We live that life?! WHAT?! THAT’S AMAZING!” Have an amazing rest of your week!
