Tbh I started playing less way before, but definitely now they removed T-hunt and replaced it with the new AI mode. Only 5 operators on attack and defense, one map…. This should’ve been an add on, not a replacement. Other than deathmatch arcade, I used T-hunt as my sim training before matches.
Personally I get more Cheaters in Quick-match then I do in ranked. It's weird, like I obviously I dislike cheating (though a funny gun every now and then can be worth the laugh) ; but if you're gonna cheat/hack/run scripts ect, then wouldn't you want to do it in a game mode where you'd gain something from it? Doing it in quick match is just a "quick" way to get 5 to 9 reports and getting team killed for 2 rounds. Seems counter productive
can't even enjoy casual anymore tbf, number of blatant cheaters I've met in the last year in quick match is disappointing. that and the unreal number of level 50s hitting the most insane flicks and carrying their team. smurfs make it so boring haha, I just wanna play for fun not get absolutely shat on

Well... I believe the reason the game is dying is because of issues like "Connection Error" that plagued the last 4 days ... and the lack of any support from Ubihard.
My first game after a few months of playing was hell. 2v5, me and the teammate that stayed managed to win once, but from then on the enemy team was doing mad shittalking and just rushing us down the moment action phase started(killing us the moment we left spawn). Not to mention the amounts of blanks i got despite unloading a mf shotty in one of their backs only for them to survive the fourth shot with just 12hp left then turn around and headshot me

Happened few minutes ago joined a ranked match with the boys and boom i get dcd from the match and i can't even find it like i can't see Reconnect to ranked what should i do? same I used to play with my friends a lot but I dont play anymore. The stress is just too much for a video game, I got enought stress as is. Along with the community which sucks. Then my friend called me bad at the game and said I had no game sense even through I was about as good as him with a lot less time. At the point, if my friend is toxic to me about a game then I am just done. Now I just play the finals with my brother and do other stuff. I can not imagine spending so much time on a game just to hate it and then still play it. So I know how you feel lol.

I just quit siege because I realized how boring it got, and just how many people there are who take this game way too seriously, they will grind the game for months just to be diamond 2 and then get on a copper match with their friend just to dominate a bunch of people like me, I gradually just stopped playing because the whole game cycle was spawn in, get a kill or two, die, watch team lose round and repeat then it takes three months for the game to get some sort of slight change like a map or operator

Indeed, I started playing siege since December 2015 and last year there’s too many cheaters that I feel like there’s no need to play it 100%. Maybe starting some third party matchmaking systems is not a bad idea😢
The thing that kills me off in R6S is twofold. For one the battlepass: A stupid system which forces you to buy a collection of items - most of which I think are filler like calling card backgrounds and battlepass boosters, hell even renown boosters and charms. And even then I think a load of the skins and headgears are crap too. It also forces you to play the game to get the damn content, plus doesn’t even fund you the credits you spent on it and then some like at least fortnite did fairly. So every pass you’re out of pocket £5 minimum. It’s not just the battlepass existence thats bad though, it has meant that now there is literally no use for renown outside of alpha packs, which even then pale in comparison to bravo packs. Even the limited time mode collection packs are STUPIDLY overpriced and of course still RNG dependent. All this nullifies renown and renown boosters, there’s quite literally nothing to play for outside of the gameplay itself… unless you want to open up your wallet. For the second thing: Why is the queue times STILL shit to this day? I’ve had queues go for average 4 minutes for the quick play… not even casual - QUICK PLAY the prereinforced shorter prep phase one. Then there is the queue times that get to 6-10mins which you just know aren’t getting you anywhere. Plus there’s the Rainbow error which doesn’t just stop the queue but forces you to reconnect to the servers for like 10 seconds before you can re-enter a queue (assuming it allows). Plus that issue happens even when you back out a game and try to search too. How is matchmaking so… NOT fluid at this point? Shit at least Overwatch has seamless matchmaking and queues - even if that game has an equally as piss awful battle pass and useless in game currency too!!
Nah they are killing their own game. They change quick match to make it easyer for new players but you can only play quick match at level 10. You have to go a play standard till you get to level 10 💀. That and on console servers the amount of XIM and mouse and keyboard players in quick match is horrible. Its to the point I report a player every game for some form of cheating.
You know they aren't fixing anything when instead of banning cheaters on console they just acknowledged them, put them in the timeout corner then let them free.
I quit Siege because I was playing too much and getting too stressed. It's such a competitive game and it was taking over some aspects of my life. It makes me sad, but this is good bye :(

Game has been declining. They tried to stop mnk but all console mnk players did was find a way around it. They made a meta that isn’t focused around strategy and reinforced it with aim training exercise instead of changing it back to the tactical realism it was. I’m honestly ashamed to have 5000 hours in a game where their first thought of how to fix their “run and gun” meta was to remove 1.5 from just warden alone so they could add it to someone else. Getting naded through the floor was always bs but idk why they want to change it now. So many players got used to these mechanics and just accepted that they were part of the game like frost mats being almost death sentence. I miss the days when you could beat a team with a guy with incredibly good aim just by making a good plan. I miss site setups that weren’t easily countered by swapping an attacker before the round starts. I miss being able to play maestro, echo, or valk without worrying about anything but a twitch drone. Now they can become a major liability instead of just getting countered. I hope r6 dies or Ubisoft screws their heads back on. I think another thing that annoyed me was wamai was so bad because jager was better so they just decided to nerf jager and not buff wamai. Now we’ve also got boosting galore. Since there’s hidden mmr based on last seasons rank it’s impossible to matchup against your rank. This means that players that were in silver are now in champ games and somehow in champ because they can beat other silvers. Let me run a scenario for you. Imagine I just started playing this season. I’m not very good I’m probably in bronze. I get to bronze and get stuck for a bit. This causes my hidden mmr stat to get stuck too. Next season rolls around and I’m watching TH-cam vids, playing by myself 24/7 over summer break. I’m climbing all the way to plat. But my hidden mmr wouldn’t have made it into gold yet. I get all the way to diamond and now my hidden mmr is probably getting close to plat. Now I’m in champ and it doesn’t matter where I am as far as mmr because next season rolls around my hidden mmr goes off last season and it looks like I’m in champ playing against champs but I’ve only got the skill of a plat. Now do you see why this is completely wrong Ubisoft? Also, I know strategy still works in the game but it’s not as good as it used to be and isn’t nearly as important anymore.

What would they remove T-hunt. T-hunt was the main warm up for me almost everyone else and so many pros. The new AI mode has only 5 operators and a 45 second drone phase. WHY DO I NEED TO DRONE? WHY ARE THERE KAPKAN TRAPS IN THE AI MODE? I just want to go in and practice my aim. Here is a fix for u UBISOFT. 1. Give all the operators back in AI mode. 2. Make at least 22 AI enemies instead of just 5. 3. NO TRAPS or any enemy gadget. 4. An option for Infinite ammo. 5. Be able to attack and defend with all the operators.
The issue is they are banning the hackers. Which makes them get new accounts and continue to hack. WHAT they need to do, is push hackers into special queues that are specific to hackers. cheaters. and HIGHLY reported greafers.
Rainbow Six Siege without cheaters/hackers are like Cheese Burger without cheese. "Every match was like a box of chocolates. You never know what kind of hackers/cheaters you're gonna get."
Game's not fun anymore. They took away Unranked, T-hunt, Cooking and the new Ranked system is complete garbage. I'm carrying every single game and It's impossible to get out of rank because it only gives you shit teammates and puts you against sweaty tryhards. The only thing that keeps the game alive are the new operators because they are the only good thing in the new seasons.

If you can't find them, that's good for you. Else: listen to your gut and watch replays of your game , look up stats of your enemy's. For example, a LV 44 player with >4.0 KD is pretty damn Sus. (or smurf)
I guarantee you, that you you will have 1 cheater in at least 10 ranked matches. And that's the blatant one... Imagine how many there are under the radar...
I played the new season on PC, and kid you not every game in ranked there were cheaters. Im low diamond rank. Playing Cyberpunk until this shit is fixed. Most likely not 🫠

The only thing that keeps the game alive are the new operators because they are the only good thing in the new seasons.

Yea the game is dying it seems like, and at this point, I feel like it might be time for Siege 2, but idk what others think of somethin like that, unless theyre about to get to some serious updates, like idk about cheaters, but the servers have been so ASS lately...

If you can't find them, that's good for you.
Else: listen to your gut and watch replays of your game , look up stats of your enemy's.
For example, a LV 44 player with >4.0 KD is pretty damn Sus. (or smurf)
I guarantee you, that you you will have 1 cheater in at least 10 ranked matches.
And that's the blatant one... Imagine how many there are under the radar...

I played the new season on PC, and kid you not every game in ranked there were cheaters. Im low diamond rank. Playing Cyberpunk until this shit is fixed. Most likely not 🫠
