Insomniac Miles is built different. He beat venom symbiote Peter. Even beating Peter normally would be so difficult, and the symbiote increases his strength and gives him new abilities. Miles still bested him. Bro is also a walking nuke when he absorbs enough electricity.
He defeated Peter because Peter was the villain at that moment so he would have had to be defeated anyway (but in a normal situation Peter would have won on a low difficulty, maybe medium because of Miles' powers).

I've played Spider-Man: Miles Morales and he has a bounce of venom powers that can help he travel faster and point launching which with good timing can accelerate Miles while he's web swinging SUPER fast also he can just grab ACTS Miles with his webs because they have insane range

I'd give ATSV Miles intelligence honestly; while Insomniac Miles has to use his venom in a lot of inventive ways with generators and such, and has to develop a suit that can withstand his electricity, I think the others Miles being able to both access and operate the "Go Home Machine" while avoiding detection from another Spider-Man, and even overriding their attempts at shutting down the machine is ridiculously impressive.
Especially when you realize he probably has no clue how to use any of it, and the tech is from the year 2099. And again...an actual spider-person experienced with the tech, and even Lyla struggled to properly turn it all off. She did spare him at the end of the scene, but the fact he was even able to do all of that before it had the chance of being shut down just...clears almost everything Insomniac Miles did intelligence-wise in that game.
