I have really enjoyed watching your process with the driveway. The attention to detail, the strategy and explanation... you are becoming a must watch for me. I also enjoy your wifes comments. Please, more videos like this one....Great content and Great video!
Hi 👋👋 Do you guys have any advise on ground stakes to hold down the cells? IE - type and how many to buy? and place them every cell or every other cell on the parameter? Also did you leave your stakes in after the cells were filled or did you pull them? Many thanks 🙏🏼
It will be a little more clear in the next gravel video, but we used landscape staples to hold it down. One per cell on the outside edge. You just leave them in. staples: amzn.to/46bep26 Follow up video: th-cam.com/video/Y3eNXzum-uQ/w-d-xo.html

Trust me, I've put down miles upon miles of this stuff. This is used for erosion control and to used with fabric, when encountering wet or muddy situations. For a flat driveway? You will eventually regret this decision and spend time cussing yourself out. If for any reason, a vehicle or piece of equipment hooks an edge this, or will start ripping it up out of the ground. So now you will have a big plastic mess on top of your stone and there's only one way to fix it, you have to cut the entire piece out. After you cut a big portion or of the middle of this, the rest of it becomes compromised. I've seen this happen dozens of tones and that's when it was actually being used as intended (erosion control)
Thanks for the tips. It's been down for over a month and it is doing great (videos coming). This land and channel is a long term project, so if it fouls up in the future, we will post it!!
Thanks. We use the Rode Wireless Go II but recommend the DJI setup. They are smaller and have an integrated charging station. Poor audio is the easiest way to fail at this game. Wish you the best of luck.

If you put gravel in your yard and are only walking on it, how deep do the gravel grids need to be?
I'd use 1" or so for that.

So received 3 free but wouldn’t buy one more. Is the product not worth the price or are they really expensive?
We love how it came out....more videos coming.

good job
Thanks! This project turned out great....more to come!
You should really put down minimum 8 ounce geo textile fabric as an underlayment otherwise the gravel is gonna sink overtime
I really would have a good time if I could purchase an excavator! Maybe in a few years lol
Look at it as an investment!
40k plus for a mini you can rest assured I would NEVER pick up a shovel.
It has made life easier on the farm!
Where is the gravel!!!!!

we can if we write a check .............. who writes checks.......... and you act like you are broke they are only like 30 bucs. SMH
