No matter how a terrible place the world is, there is always someone who proves that the good always wins. Maybe that’s the first and only chance given by a fate that has never been fair to you. The name of that chance that will change the fate of eighteen-year-old high school student Eylul (Oyku Karayel) is Ali Asaf Denizoglu (Gokhan Alkan). The story begins in a high school of a town in the Aegean region. After the two part ways, they cross paths again on the roof of Istanbul’s best hospital! The young brain surgeon Eylul tells her story while she gives a good beating to a group of bullies who raids the hospital’s emergency room. She was a rebellious girl who had changed schools many times and whom teachers didn’t want to deal with. Even when her father picked her up from the last school she got expelled from and beat her very bad, she did not shed a single teardrop. However, that day her whole life changes; the prayer of her grandmother, who ran a small hostel in Marmaris and opened her house to Eylul brings a miracle. "I wish you had a good teacher to guide you..." And he comes! It’s not known that why Ali Asaf Denizoglu comes to the countryside to be a teacher while he was a successful doctor in Istanbul. However, he is an extraordinary person who can touch people's lives once and change everything. This talent will save Eylul and make her a successful surgeon. However, he realizes the special feeling between him and Eylul too late, and lets her go. The two lovers - yes, Eylul loves Ali Asaf too, no matter how much she denies it - were separated, and years later they would meet again as two doctors.
This is the story of a girl who defeated by life, who has nothing but anger, but challenges life as a surgeon. It’s also the story of a man who will give her this courage, a guide who holds her hand and says ‘’You can do it’’. The person we all wish with all our hearts to have in our lives will always keep Eylul’s and also our hopes for life high. With love, of course...

Good that Ali gives Eylul a bit of her own medicine. She only wants things her own way, and play with Ali's feelings. I've never seen somebody as patient with another as Ali is with Eylul,from her student days she has mistreated Ali!
Ali is a coward! He knows that the “superiors” in the hospital have a dark past! He started his own investigation! Instead of being honest with her & sharing what he’s learned, he tells her she’s outta control. He’s hiding the truth, manipulating the situation cause he wants her! He should be brave enough to risk losing her if he truly loves her & tell the truth. Hear me out….who’s really outta control? Liars & secret keepers or the person in search of truth! Remember these lies cost her Grandma’s life! Anyone surrounded by so many lies wouldn’t act sane! I think under all this pressure & threats from Bahar’s Dad, Eylul is doing extremely well

Yes!!!! Professional Women can do it all! What a woman wears on her feet doesn’t affect her level of intelligence! But, I do love her in her white sneakers & pink crocs! I think the 3 piece suits the male surgeons wear are ridiculous

I’m enjoying the series but it’s kinda turned into the American series ER. Oh, and I’ve never seen so many ultra skinny legs. I love their shoes too but in reality, who wears them in a hospital setting. Yea, yea, I know it’s a tv series 😊

You are right it does resemble Grey's Anatomy however, I don't remember many ultra thin, model like women in that series.
her big stomach seems to be fetus at least 28.-30. week, so 1.5 kg baby should be saved , even small triplettes with 500 g are ok, and baby weight 390 g was saved in 2023

And the Brain Surgeon forgets to put a bandage on! Everyone worried about Eylul wearing stilettos, but not commenting on Ali forgetting about a bandage! Ever heard of infection? 😂😂. Atleast the Female Surgeon in her stilettos knew to bandage him😂😂
