That is because of politics and because a lot of mainland Chinese has been rude and have very bad manners. So people automatically may not be friendly to mainland Chinese.
😂😂 lots of Chinese doing illegal business overseas and CCP government greediness in west Philippines sea..but if U are good it's okay .. lots of Chinese students in the Philippines learning English.. people in the Philippines separate know how to separate the politics to personal matters
