Aaand we are back! Love this episode. Season 2 has really hit the ground running. John Turturro was the star of this episode for me. His portrayal of Irv is just heartbreaking. I have experienced a complete 180 about how I felt about his character between the first half of Season 1 and now. Also Milchick's comment about the innie/outie throuple situation made me cackle. 😂
Hey Lavender! It literally hit the ground running hahaha love that opening sequence. He was fantastic in the episode, so heartbreaking I just want him to be happy 😂 yea throuple was wildddd😭 thanks for watching!
The way she entered, her reaction to the hug, immediately appearing to believe there are no microphones, pushing to hear the story, pushing to have them stay together, the way she said 'we're not the same', but saved it by claiming to talk about outies, fumbling for the computer switch. I don't think it's even supposed to be a twist, we are supposed to think it's Helena.
Yeaaaa looking back all the hints are not hiding themselves haha I didn’t even think the outies being imposters was even a possibility but it’s super compelling
I feel like everything is a lie. It's been five months, but Milkshake is only just settling into his office, it's Miss Huang's first day, and the rest of Macrodata Refinement have had no department chief for 5 months?? Also, I noticed that they missed the 'a' off the end of Macrodata in the little infomercial about the Macrodat Uprising. This show has a weird habit of missing letters of the end of names, Rebec instead of Rebecca, and Jame instead of James Eagan. I feel like this means something but I don't know what.
@@adfortes2700 everything little detail is something in this show! I did notice that too but I thought it was some nickname or something 😂 it is all a bit fishy
Helena is rich and privileged, Helly reflected that in the first season with her inability to take a no. Her guarded nature of never revealing her cards. I think this is still Helly not Helena, she was just tackled now she's suddenly free from the pin and she's hyped to meet Mark again after expressing fer feeling for him as she left the floor at the end of last season. Shes obviously rocked to the core about who she is and what her outtie has influenced, and then she finds out Mark is actually married, and lumon has been experimenting on his dead wife. She's gonna lie, poorly. Helena would have known it was night and preped a better lie. The gardener thing is like Delaware at the beginning of the series, generic knowledge without being too specific, and helly would have Helenas memories to draw from. So a gardener being outside her house is obvious, bit she dosnet know enough to realize it's a rich exclusive thing to have a gardener. An apartment would have a landscaper or a yard crew that stops by. Not a dedicated gardener. Switch thing could be just situational nerves from her beginning to lie to her co-workers and she's still processing the trauma of learning she encouraged the world to get chipped, and the shattering realization the man she loves has a wife he's now trying to find.
There was no reason after Season One to have thought that we would ever see Helly again. There would be no reason for Lumon/Helena to allow her to ever exist again. The question going forward will likely now be: can Mark and the others win over Helena?
That’s very true, such a public stunt at a company event I’m sure a lot of ppl were very unhappy haha I’d like to see them win her over. I would like to see Helly again, as she’s basically “killed off” rn if Helena never wants to bring her back. Lot of great set up for an insane season
Was that intro cringe?? 😂
It was perfecto
Genuine enthusiasm is good... great, even. 😎
Perfect - miss old Wilson's hair though!
@@adfortes2700 haha sorry! Needed a change up top 😂👍🏻
@@ItzWilson2 You're a handsome dude either way 🤩
Can’t imagine the Italian guy’s company having “how do you say, ‘rope’” instead of an elevator lol!
😂😂fr! I hope we get to see it

Yes, the voice over of the Lumon building was Keanu Reeves.
Wowww I knew the voice sounded familiar! That’s awesome

The way Helly ran out of the elevator looked very forced too (and does not make sense considering her last moment was being tackled to the ground)

Yea looking back on some moments a second time it’s super suspicious haha
