The lunch receipts while youre working can be a write-off @ 50% 👍👍 that quickbooks helps a lot too. A suggestion is to do one envelope per month, put in your gas, food, tools, equipment and maintenence etc receipts and print out your monthly bank statement and tally up ammounts on the outside of each envelope. Way easier than trying to figure out the whole year at once. 🎉

Just go to your bank get the statements and color coat everything for your cpa into categories. Then add everything by category then a mass total for the year its easier for him to see personal expenses and he can input everything. My cpa charges me 125$. First yeat i didnt gave to pay anything. I also have quick books to keep all my receipts on record and i keep the receipt seperated by months in a file
