Police specials I guess. Tuned to a degree to catch up within a top speed range. Kinda like the ones seen in NFS:HP2 on the PS2 where the cop cars have been modified to catch up with a certain range of sports cars in a certain speed range.
@@DatOneCat tbh if that was the case then there wouldnt even be a reason to get these hypercars used by the police when the police force would be able to tune a Crown Victoria to keep up with the criminals
