I would love to buy up neglected E46's and do minor restorations like this on my spare time and resell them! I did it once before with a buddy of mine, made a few hundred bucks. He had a running M52 laying around so we bought an E46 with a blown engine and swapped it. Polished it up, replaced faded emblems, put decent wheels and tires on it, and sold it. Very statisfying and fun to do. Love the content man, keep it up!
Great work Chris! I really love your content, i wish i had a spot to do the same to my bimmer, its in need of some tlc too, keep at it, you can only learn after you do some mistakes!! Cheers from Portugal 👌
The paint on that fender was not very good anyway. The excessive wet sanding to remove the heavy fish eyes and orange peel was never going to be successful. Was this fender painted in a booth?
I painted it in my garage, without a booth, and it was my first time using a spray gun! A big learning experience, I'm hoping to improve my skills and do an even better job the next time :)

The perfect is the enemy of the very good
Lol I'm gonna frame this 😂
Your videos could be half as long and still convey the same information. Too much filler and stalling.
Thanks for the feedback!
