Would intermittent fasting help bronchiectasis?what length of the intermittent fasting is beneficial for bronchiectasis ?
Would water only fast is recommended and what is the recommended length in hour?
I do intermittent fasting once a week, plus activity. I used to do two days. It feels like it does something for my condition
