Brilliant effort the food looked amazing. One suggestion for the future is to warm up sourdough bread either a few mins in the oven or even in a microwave. It's great for toast but way too heavy & dry for a normal sarnie. Or, ditch the posh stuff & go for a Greggs Stottie or two instead.

The heavy crusty round bread loaves is what the vast majority the Food Challenges use over here ... try a pumpernickel next time, they are not so crusty, and are usually in bakeries and people use them to put that spinach dip in :)
