So far I'm still practicing with it before using it out on the floor, but I have found that pushing the reflection down a few taps while keeping the PDs intact seems to do the trick, albeit there is no telling of how many millimeters are encompassed in each tap. Another way, I guess would be to leave a note for the lab to lower said measurement however much we need to following the patient's request.

Is there a way to lower the seg height of a progressive a millimeter or two manually if the patient wants it lower than the standard fitting height?
