I don't know exactly whats happening in this video since i'm blind. but you all sang very well. i don't know music much, but can recognise some Raags and raag durga is one of my favorites. i like the voice of the person who instructed "antara". his voice was encouraging. i felt as if he is telling me to sing.
Hi @Rajesh. Thank you for your comment. This is a concert at a University in Alabama, USA. I am Dr. Chaudhury, the director of the group. My students are mainly American college students. I am also the person who instructed "Antara" to lead the group. I am pleased that you are able to recognize Raga Durga through our rendition.
Awesome work..:) Teaching basics of Hindusthani Music to someone who has never heard of it and prepare them sing it with perfect pronunciation and coordination is not an easy task at all..! Well done to all
