I would be so disappointed with the My Melody box that was broken. Definitely contact them. I love the color of Cinnamoroll but My Melody is definitely speaking to me. And I’ve always liked Hello Kitty. But never really paid much attention to her friends/other characters.
But My Melody is the cutest thing ever. But I do love that Cinnamoroll clear box though.

Love the little drawers! Recently got the one drawer drawers (if that makes sense haha) with Hello Kitty, Pom Pom Purin and My Melody. And they have feet, they're so cute ! So sorry your Melody was broken :( if you bought it through shopping service I would pay for extra protection/added protection, I always do that ^^ (maybe you already did 🙈)
