No one is perfect and loving yourself can be a rough journey that usually changes you and your perspective on things, for instance your earlier post about not being accepted back by someone loving yourself may mean not allowing yourself to keep people like that in your life. However finding your love language can help you feel loved if your partner is able to use the information to show you that you are loved. Love is learned and is also more of what you do then how you feel as the feeling of love will last 2 years at most after which point being able to properly make your partner feel loved is very important
