8:25 so yes we can indeed conclude that the devil we are fighting never is people (Zen: "they just say the same things differently") , but "the organized" (both processes and structures) which is 0% contribution focused (read: not contribution based nor contribution driven). And I claim that is the primary reason why good people burn out, although they will tell you it is because they have too much work and can't get it organized (which make them organize more...which in turn makes other people burn out more... and on and on and on and on it goes)
