Have yourself a great Halloween Spot. I do what I can to support the channel. I always appreciate the hard work as well as the great content that you consistently put out every single day. I'm glad to be a part of the community. Thanks for being the best!
Sandwich the backdrop between some plexi-glass. Then you can position behind and will stay pristine. The only down side is storing away will have to do a custom box for the backdrop(s)
Spot, it's a little expensive, but if you ever get the chance, pick up the McFarlane Toys Ironic Punishment Donut-Eating Homer set. It's gotta be the best Simpsons toy ever made. And it doesn't use batteries; just a crank and lever!
Thank you for the information on the battery issue. I have had that with so many sets like this. I would rather they leave the batteries out, or maybe not be so cheap and give a better quality of battery. And you are so righr about eBay purchases. BE CAREFUL. With a lot of these sellers quality doesn't exist. Only $$$$ and profits. There are people that scalp these toys for a living. They could care less whether or not your satisfied. Be careful and get as much info as possible. But honestly this isn't something that looks all to reliable. Seems like there are too many parts that could easily break, snap, or just not work after a while. Don't get me wrong it looks really good, but as for a set you might want to use year after year, I don't know if it can take the wear. Great Job but not a set for me.
Its to bad homer and burns have default sounds instead of Halloween based ones, i have normal homer and snake that i found at a thrift store,i never bought any when they were released because i found them expensive at like 13 bucks
those sound chips things are entirely unnecessary, all the sounds should be built into the base and activated with buttons that have nothing to do if there's a figure even present or not. it's simpler, more effective, and cheaper.
Awesome review ! It's just not Halloween without the Simpson's Tree House of Horror.
I agree though they aren't what they used to be, I watched a recent one and it was terrible
Happy Halloween and congratulations on another successful year of spooky spot
Burns hairdo of course resembles to the Bram Stoker's Dracula Movie.
