Very excited to find your channel !!! I've never seen so many roosters in a flock so calm!!! It gives me hope, I can get my roosters sorted out.
My 3 are brothers I've had since they hatched. And until hormones hit they were fine. They are just over a year old now and there has been 2 major bloody fights over who's head roo !!!
So far I've expanded their yard quite a bit. And there are 3 feeding stations and 4 water stations. We have also built a new coop 13×10. With two 12ft roosts and 3 10ft roosts. They are all one level.
All of the above to try and calm the boys down. From all the fighting and knocking each other off the ladies they all are missing lots of feathers. There has been no blood since Mid April.
I have 29 hens as well.
Anyway I going to watch all your stuff for more ideas on helping my boys get along.

Hi, thank you for visiting my channel and taking an interest in my work. I am so glad my content has helped you manage multiple roosters in your flock. Keeping multiple roosters is possible and enjoyable providing that their needs are met. You are doing the right thing, large free-ranging space and multiple resources are necessary for the flock's continued peacefulness. If you have any questions where I might be of help don't hesitate to reach out.

Absolutely, I always have 2 roosters, your rooster is half your flock and if anything happens your ok.

Absolutely!! I had several years when I did not have a rooster and it was hard for the flock to have no protection. I learned the value of roosters and would never allow my flock to suffer the absence of a rooster again. Now I have more than I could ever hope for and love them all for their unique personality and beauty. I have several bachelor pens to provide living habitats for all the gents and they all get along well.
