For my theory on William, I think he ran away. He was too upset about daisy leaving.

I’m pretty sure Georgie being infected was a part of the dream. After the scene, he wakes up completely normal. He also knows about the infection because he had to run from his family before he ran to the mall and locked himself in there, so it’s most likely him thinking about getting infected by them, and therefore, the dream showing him getting infected. And as you’ve said, he’s never shown infected ever again past that point.

As for the third mystery, I think minitoon has made it obvious that Mr. P started the infection, accidentally of course, and also it’s been made clear that these creatures from “beyond” have some power to pull the strings. Even Pony mentions that in temple.
Mr P dancing along with his clap to the beat was all I needed to see for my day to be better
I have some answers
Is Georgie infected? No, he isn't. The very end of Distorted Memory, Georgie is seen in the mall's storage room.
Who is Tio/What is The Insolence?
(Hitting two birds with a stone) The Insolence is a cult/group and Tio is the leader with a backstory.
Where is Zizzy? Considering the infected are in the Arctic stopping military bases from making cures, it's safe to say Zizzy is one of them.
Is the Piggy family cannibals? Many say 'yes' but House is MiniToon's first Piggy map and a there were a lot of Roblox models probably meshes, gear or accessories from some years ago especially earlier in Book 1. However it does add some spice to the Piggy storyline.
These are just theories.
Now I have one of my own, What were T.S.P's motives before encountering the Player, Pony and Zizzy? We know what they did but why did they do these things like infecting Foxy.?
The Distraction Chapter was actually not the last time we saw Zizzy. The Hidden Ending was the time we saw her, alive and well too.

In the hidden ending there was a portal meaning Zizzy is actually dead
One of my biggest questions was Mr P’s whereabouts during the events of Book 2.
He was never seen, only mentioned. He only appeared in the credits, but it doesn’t really count.

Because of the infection, Georgie has nightmares of him getting infected. He is not really infected though. He said ‘not now’ which means he has had it before

The Georgie Infected Mystery: It Could Be A Dream Because Of The Ending Of Disorted Memory
The Pizza Mystery: That Pepperoni Pizza Is Probably The Only Pizza Model Minitoon Was Able To Find, So He Decided To Added It, I Don't Think They Are Cannibals (Minitoon Was Not Able To Find A Roblox Studio Model Of A Pizza With No Pepperoni
Georgie can't be infected If he not only woke up fine (he got infected in a dream, wasn't real) but the chapter name was Distorted *Memory*

Ok so first up...
1-the inscolence are still there even after the hidden ending... But the hidden ending was just a trap for the detictive in his mind so he could offer on the copter pilot (the copter that sgt monre and the other soldirs where on) so he could make the copter crash so he gets rid of the detictive... Well still that was really savage if you ask me
2-William was really a big quistion to solve and still unkown what happend to him for now... So i guess we might know in inteiricity
3-basiclly who made the infection was mr.p BUT who started the infection is unkown... I guess mrs.p infected other people or the piggy family did and then these people infected other people and yes...
4-I guess that place was mr. Stichy hangout with Harold (TIO but his real name) but the eye... A classroom to teach him? I have no idea
5-went to the unkown... AND THEN VANISHED FROM THE PIGGY UNIVERSE AND THEN MR.P LIVED SAD FOREVER THE END🙂🙂🙂🙂

1-I belive if TIO dies the insolence goes too, but I don't think he died in the secret ending, but rather got very weak and maybe without a body (yeah, pretty much like Voldemort). So yeah, I agree that we will see the insolence in Intercity, probally a lot more than we did in book 2.
2- This one is a real mistery to me, because nobody else was in the alleys in that time. Some people say he ran away, but I think he saw something he wasn't suppose to and that's what led to his disappearance. Which means, with whatever William found out in that day, he ranned away or got kidnapped by that.
3- There's an entry journal that says Mr.P that he did something that someone told him to, promising something he wanted but didn't work. In other words, TIO told him to make the supposedcure, promising that Ms.P would recover. I highly doubt it means something else, but you never know.
4- Those are mencioned by Player in the factory pages as whispers. That is a sound that affects the "insolence targets", in this case Player and Pony. This whispers can be heard whenever an insolence eye is round, that's why in the factory you can hear this sound inthe atmosphere, because there's 6 eyes in the map, when sewers has only that one (if i'm not wrong)
5- This is only a theory, but I think she got controlled by TIO and she is in the city watch over Player, to make sure he doesn't get the cure.
6- In my point of view, Georgie gets this nightmares repetitively, but in the end he always gets infected. That's why when he, in one of his dreams, finds Penny he says not now, because that meant the nightmare would end. Obviously this is TIO's fault,since he is the one making the nightmare.
7-I would say he is a human like us, due to his humanoid figure. What I speculate is that he found out about the southern ruins, the supposed insolence origins, found a way to bring people to life trough that black substance that literally every insolence member has, made a friend with him and and when supposely he died by his friend, he got stuck in the "spirit world", gathering followers to make a black substance body and bringing the insolence back to the world (yes, I belive the insolence existed before). Icould say why I think the black substance revives people, but the comment would be even longer and that's not the subject.
8- Jokes aside, I think it's because Minitoon didn't tough on that, since he was only adding a pizza box prop, but there's nothing saying they can't be. Maybe that's why grandfather never appears...
9- This one is very open minded, and there's nothing that could lead on what happened to her, but I don't thinkshe is dead, but I don't think she will be like the last time we heard about her.
10- By the time is taking it to release, I'm very confident to say that we will know the answers to some straight away while others will be hidden and it's gonna be up for us to find out or for us to inteerpret.

I have a theory about William. Willow talks about what WE, police officers did to his family, meaning we took William and his parents to jail, leaving only Willow behind
For the one about why the piggy family are eating pizza with pig meat on it, i think this is a TAWOG Idaho situation, where there are 2 different types of animals (and vegetables, in Mr. P's case)
Non sentient ones / non humanoid ones and humanoid ones. And they are simply eating non humanoid meat.
my theory on the insolence is that they just became normal infected that cant tp, for me the insolence works kind of like a hive mind, imagine the mind flayer from stranger things, TIO is the mindflayer and he died (probably he will come back somehow) but most likely he lost control of the infected. for the william one, he either got infected or is still in Lucella, hiding. Then Mr. P probably stared the infection but maybe TIO convinced one of the developers of the cure to make it unstable (not likely theory mr p prob started it) for the classroom maybe people who accepted TIOs offer they probably leave behind a mark (Koalie was probably in the sewers fixing some stuff and got scratched by Alfis and got desperate and accepted TIOs offer but who knows why he cant tp). Mrs P was probably an infected wandering around in the city.
The insolence is still around because I found a insolence eye in the school part of piggy intercity which is confirmed to be after the events of book 2 piggy
Sorry I'm so late, but seeing this video reminds me of a little theory that I made with some friends of mine since the re designs: if you see Billy's coat carefully you will notice that it seems appears to be made of real fur and since it's Piggy it seems weird.
Actually for those who don't know why william was gone it's because when his parents got arrested they were forsted by daisy but daisy had to work with the millatary and left them both and William abandoned willow because daisy left

My biggest mystery I ever thought of Piggy is that why did Penny/Piggy look like an actual kid size and stuff, before when she turned infected, she turned taller with a bigger dress?
Cause when Piggy was first released, Minitoon didn't have a story to it, also Minitoon took inspiration from Granny as Piggy's dress is as long as Granny's. Also, Minitoon didn't get the chance to alternate the Piggy skin to the actual Penny Piggy, Off topic but why is Little Brother does not look like Georgie pig, bc Little Brother was indeed canon when Piggy first released. But even if the skin wasn't, why didn't Minitoon change it in the skin redesign update, cause it still looks ugly.
Maybe zizzy is cured as in the ending cutscene of book 2, alot of infected are cured, so, maybe she is cured
Here's why Mr. P didn't show up in book 2 because because the plant was knocked down and exploded to the ground before we could escape Because Mr. P said in the animation that this place was completely infected so he thought he was going to do something to bring this place down so it's thought he's not alive anymore
in the true ending his hat doesnt show up so he could've escaped the plant to work on getting another cure

for my theory I'll say that tio is the president of insolense but he is also the biggest skinwalker in the world because tio on tio's concept music named dude man you could hear from the first song that he was a kid who feels alone and then he says that create a new friend who is mr sticks but as understanding about the real peppa pig series, peppa gives a teddy bear soft toy which means that tio ran and steals peppa's soft toy and makes mr stick living it means that tio is another power of the skinwalkers because the real skinwalkers their power is to become human and animal but tio (the most giant skinwalker in the world and the president of the insolense) as it is more better than the common skinwalkers it is said that tio he can possess animals

most likely mr. p’s wife started the infection. mr. p’s wife was suffering from a sickness and mr. p was too desperate for a cure. he then i think made people try the cure and test it, which is what caused the infection.

The second time we see him in book 2 We see him with a guy named kona and we see he's not infected... But in 11 maps at the end of the animation we see him peering through the door and We saw him get infected again... And it's funny how a robot that has neither flesh nor flesh can be infected?

My theory about where did Zizzy go is just she turned infected but when you turn into one of them you just hallucinating your loved ones turning infected. The distorted memory of Georgie Penny was infected and were taken to the lab so.. it means Georgie was in the Chapter 1 House watching Penny chasing the Player after escaping.

I don't think that the pizza box is meant to be serious and was probably added without a second thought. Still funny to think about lol.
i think mr stitchy caused the infection, because he was in the insolence with the mask, his legs. and when we brought him into the purple orb, the purple orb was actually the aura of the teleport trap (which was only used by INFECTED) so when he ran into the aura, he was decapitated, lost his mask, lost his insolence eye and most importantly, became an infected, and wasnt an insolent anymore. so my theory is that the friend (dead mr. stitchy) started infecting alot of people and suddenly got locked into the room in port, and was released when we knocked. but The Iniquitous One says that Mr. P started the infection. that is correct. because in forest, there was already an infection going around, so when mr. stitchy died, he started infecting alot of people in book 2 chapter 5 +
also, george isnt infected. he just got infected in his nightmare which TIO created, and it doesn’t mean hes infected in the real world.
also, Mrs. P isn’t in the window in Piggy: Intercity

I think that the reason TIO was telling us in the hidden ending cutscene that Mr. P destroyed the world is because he was just trying to manipulate us into thinking that free will is bad and destroyed the world. But in reality, it was his friend from beyond that actually started the infection
I think the Infection is related heavily with the Insolence. Since, the infect block in build mode has an Insolence eye!
Most of these will probably be solved in Piggy book 3 (The Lost Book)

And many says at the end Cutscene from distraction: zizzy wants to Take TIOs Hand, but "friend" take her into a portal and Mr stitchy should asking her "i need your Help" Ive seen in a video
I got some questions what are Mr. P's, Mr. Stichy's, and Mr. Bliss's first names? Why is Robby broken in the mall map? Why is penny small in the camp map cutscene but when we enter she is huge? What happened to the bars that were around the player in the camp map cutscene? ( they just left after we entered the lab?) How is Willow and Tigery in the cure room before us and why do we only see them when we enter the room?
robby was broken in the mall map cuz mr p or the owner of the mall upgraded him to be more alerted for intruders in the mall penny was small when we saw her in the cutscene cuz we still dont have a closer look of her and when we enter the lab she becomes huge cuz the insolence has gotten to her mind and controlling her the bars where the player was stuck on is still there the player went into the door where penny shows up willow and tigry got to the room where the cure is before the player cuz there was another way to that room
the first names of those guys are Mister :v
Tio was a kid lost in a forest, i forgot his real name but mr.stitchy helped him and asked if he wanted to be a leader, he said yes and mr.stitchy did some sort of puppet ritual which turned him literally into a puppet, they became best friends ever since, maybe he is the friend from beyond
I think William ran off somewhere after Daisy left and might or might not be infected.

one question i have is where did Friend go? he sent TIO to his little shadowy realm and he started the infection, but then he literally did not participate in the plot again until he took zizzy away from TIO, and then he proceeded to remain unexplained. like what?

We were immune, you must’ve got the survivor ending and beat temple, and never watched the savior ending one for temple
Another unsolved mystery that I still have today from chp 1 is why did Yoel spare us in the opening cut Sean were a piggy (probably) drops behind us and spares us a possible awnser to this theory is I think that it wasn’t a piggy and it was … Baren he is in T.S.P. and the sound it makes when they hit you is a bat sound what dose Baren use oh ya a bat so he would spare you because he is scared he will be arrested so he uses a ladder to drag your knocked out self up into the room that you spawn in it has a window and everything but when chapter 1 first came out the only characters we knew were pepper and gorge so I thought pepper wasn’t infected All the way and she hit you but then turned normal dragged you up into the room and over the time you were knocked out she turned fully infected
About the pizza, it's the default Roblox texture so I think Minitoon just didn't bother changing it.
This isnt really a theory but I'll tell you the origin story of TIO
(Just a reminder that he's still human in this origin story)
He was once a kid who had no friends in school
Until he found a book to summon a friend with just a doll

When he did it, it created a portal

I feel like georgie's dream was meant to show that he has ptsd from his whole family getting infected, and is scared that he might get infected too.

I think because Koalie, I think he was bring controled by the insolence, and TIO wants player to be part of them, when he saw Willow chasing Player too, He thinkee it was a good help, so he didn't attach her
probably cuz TIO knows that shes helping him stop the player cuz TIO wants the player to join him since hes immune to the infection
Also in other maps the Bots do not attack the NPCs as in Outpost Torcher does not attack Pony or Zizzy and even if pony hits Torcher a thousand times it will never attack him

I mostly think William found someone while willow was gone and he went with that guy and he went to port and found infection and William was tooken with soldier on a boat and William was actually with a lion and the lion went up upstairs at port and put tables chairs and more things and that's his story.
I think there was a classroom in the sewer, but it flooded and destroyed everything.
the sewers was probably a school a long time ago and then they built a sewer there and only 1 classroom was left also the chairs on that room were all old and rusty right? but one of the chairs look new it isnt rusty like the other chairs so something is mysterious in that classroom in the sewers

I think zizzy after the distraction chapter just ran away as far as she could and then just became 100% infected
I think TIO started the infection I think he put some things for the potion to not work for Mrs.p cure so technically if tio did not put any stuff in it the potion the potion will work for Mrs.p
my thoughts on Mrs P is that when Mr P found out the potion infected her, he might have locked the door or something so she couldn’t get out. Maybe in intercity if there’s ever a city map (there probably is I haven’t played it in so long), we might see her still stuck in that same room.
I think the sewers class was actually for the insolence to teach the other insolence piggys how to teloport and teach them how to use their powers
