Berwickshire Charity Truck Run 2024

DAF, Scania, Volvo, Renault, MAN, Mercedes, ERF, Iveco, AEC and Leyland lorries participating in the Berwickshire truck run. The first section of the video was recorded at the Scottish/English border at Coldstream on the A698, and the second section was recorded on the B6456 near Duns, south east Scotland.

A&F, another example of fantastic cavalcade filming. It was good to see the Golden Oldies but only a couple of newies with mirrorcam; maybe it's not catching on?

Glad you enjoyed Colin, camera mirrors are yet another feature of new lorries that will inevitably malfunction when they get older, makes you wonder with all these technologies, will we see restored DAF XGs participating in road runs 50 years in the future…? Electric vehicles certainly won’t last that long.

Good video but a poor reflection of modern day hgv drivers , on the corner of Coldstream bridge the majority couldn’t keep a tractor unit on the correct side of the white line causing cars to swerve yet long six wheel rigids were managing to do it correctly , before anybody shoots me as a keyboard warrior I’ve been driving artics since 1976 and still driving part time yet
